Presenter: Dr. Maura Malone
Dr. Maura Malone is a certified dyslexia tutor as well as a coach to individuals with ADHD, a frequently concomitant condition. She is certified for dyslexia training through the Barton reading and spelling curriculum and has completed training in Structured Word Inquiry through Real Spelling. Dr. Malone uses the Seeing My Time program to help improve the lives of those with ADHD. She has helped dozens of children and young adults overcome their reading, inattention, and impulsivity challenges. In addition to tutoring and coaching, she is a regular speaker to schools, parent groups and other organizations and also leads workshops with small groups. She earned her Ph.D. in Education from the University of Virginia and has an undergraduate degree in Linguistics and Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts. Her proudest achievement is raising three dyslexic boys.
